Every integration uses the platform's official API with the narrowest scope that still produces an accurate report. This page covers access, retention, and the legal terms governing the service.
No platform is accessed via scraping, browser automation, or shared logins. Each connection is authorized through the platform's own OAuth flow, and can be revoked by you at any time from that platform's settings.
Data collected for the purpose of generating reports is not used for any other purpose, and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
All API connections use TLS encryption. Credentials are stored using provider-managed secrets, never in plain text or in application code.
Store and ad account data pulled for analysis is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the systems that generate your weekly report.
Client store data is retained only while your engagement is active. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.
All client store data is deleted within 30 days of termination, upon request. You separately receive a full export of your pipeline logic and historical report data before deletion.
If you cancel at any point, during the audit or afterward, you receive a JSON export of your pipeline configuration and a CSV export of your historical data. To keep the pipeline running automatically without the weekly analysis layer, the $299/mo Maintenance Plan covers API authentication, server costs, and platform updates.

When you submit a demo request, we collect your name, email address, store URL, e-commerce platform, and any information you share in the free-text field describing your current data challenges.
When onboarded as a client, we connect to your store platform, ad accounts, and email tools via their official APIs, accessing only the scopes described in the Data Access section above.

7Captur configures and operates a data pipeline that calculates true advertising profitability for your store, after cost of goods, returns, and platform fees, and delivers a weekly report with proposed budget decisions.
7Captur is an assisted execution layer, not an autonomous one. Every proposed budget change requires explicit approval via the report before any API call is made to your ad accounts. Dismissing a decision makes no API call and changes nothing.
Approved decisions are capped at 30% of a campaign's current weekly budget, and can be rolled back within 24 hours of execution via the same report. You remain responsible for all approved actions and their financial outcomes.
The 30-Day Free Audit is offered at no cost for a limited time. If you continue after the audit period, you move to the standard monthly retainer billed according to your ad spend tier, reviewed at the start of each billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts; the retainer can be cancelled at any time.
You own your pipeline logic and your data. On cancellation, you receive a JSON export of your pipeline configuration and a CSV export of your historical data. To keep the pipeline executing automatically without the weekly analysis layer, you may transition to the Maintenance Plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7Captur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from approved execution decisions or from the use of the service. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding any claim.
The service depends on third-party APIs, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google, and Klaviyo. 7Captur is not responsible for service interruptions caused by rate limits, deprecations, or outages on these platforms, though such interruptions will be communicated when they affect report delivery.
